What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro adds AI-assisted review drafts and broader monitoring to Standard. You review and post its replies yourself. Premium adds automatic Google and Facebook responses, review requests, NPS surveys, integrations, and AI chat about your reputation data.
Can I reply to every review site from the dashboard?
Connected Google Business Profile and Facebook accounts support direct replies. Pro and Premium cover additional review sources, including sites such as Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Booking.com. Other sites can require you to copy the draft and post your response on their own platform.
Can I control the automatic replies?
Yes. Premium lets you choose supported platforms, star ratings, and response delays, and guide the AI with your business knowledge and instructions. You can keep replies for approval when you want personal oversight. Automatic responses apply to new eligible reviews after the automation is enabled.
Can it work across multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location reporting can bring reputation trends, NPS feedback, and request performance together so you can compare locations. Tell us how many locations you manage and we’ll confirm the right account setup and pricing for your business.
How do SMS review requests work?
Premium supports SMS review requests alongside email. Message sending uses credits or allowances separately from contact storage. We’ll confirm the available allowance and any additional costs before activation. For US businesses, SMS must complete the required carrier registration before sending.
Are NPS surveys the same as Google reviews?
No. NPS is customer feedback collected through a survey, while a Google review is published on Google. Premium brings survey feedback and review insights together so you can identify patterns and improve the customer experience.
Does this replace my local SEO or listing management tools?
They serve different purposes. Reputation AI focuses on reviews, responses, and customer sentiment. DG Local SEO adds keyword tracking and local heatmaps with Pro, while DG Listing Sync Pro provides broader business listing management. They work well together.
